'Hummingbird' :  Google new  search algorithm          Google has introduced new search algorithm, the foundation of the internet's dominant search engine, to better cope with the longer, more complex queries it has been getting from web users.           Amit Singhal, senior vice president of search, told reporters on Thursday that the company launched its latest 'Hummingbird' algorithm about a month ago and that it currently affects 90 per cent of worldwide searches via Google.           Google is trying to keep pace with the evolution of internet usage. Samsung launches Galaxy Note 3 at Rs 49,900 in India         Samsung has launched the Galaxy Note 3 in India for Rs. 49,900, and it will hit Indian retail shelves by September 25. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will come preloaded with support for 11 regional Indian languages. The company is also offering an introductory offer for Vodafone users, whereby customers using Vodafone 2G services will get 2GB Internet per month free for two months. Kit Kat Will Be the Name of the Next Version of Android             Google has named the latest version of its Android mobile operating system after the KitKat chocolate bar. Microsoft to Buy Nokia’s Device Business in Deal Worth $7.17 Billion             Nokia announced on Tuesday the sale of its mobile phone unit to Microsoft for 5.44 billion euros ($7.17 billion), bringing an end to its days as a phone maker. Nokia will grant the US software giant a 10-year non-exclusive licence to its patents and will itself focus on network infrastructure and services, which it called "the best path forward for Nokia and its shareholders."            The company also announced the immediate departure of chief executive Stephen Elop, who was hired from Microsoft in 2010 to turn the company around.
