Google Maps offline : Navigate without Internet   Google has now introduced new offline functions in Maps for users in India. You can now download an area to your phone, which will work even if you are in a no-connectivity zone.   Open the Google Maps app . Make sure you're connected to the Internet and signed into Google Maps. Search for a place, like "Calicut" At the bottom, touch the bar that has the name of the place you searched. Select Download
