GlassUp: Competition for Google Glass

GlassUp: Competition for Google Glass              The GlassUp eyeglasses report the incoming e-mails, text messages, tweets, Facebook updates, and other messages, so that the user can keep abreast on what is going on in this big world. The message is shown for only a few instants, on the side of the field of view, in an unobtrusive manner.          They work via a Bluetooth connection and a set of apps (Android, iOS, hopefully Windows), depending on the mobile platform and the message you want to receive, so you must have your mobile with you. They are read only, we believe it would be messy to try and manage the messages: to respond to a message you’ll have to go back to your mobile, as usual.                                                                  Continue Reading Here>>>

CEO Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook Wall hacked to report bug

CEO Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook Wall hacked to report bug            Khalil Shreateh, a Palestinian developer and hacker, used the bug and posted a message on Mark Zuckerberg's wall explaining the flaw of the social networking forum that fails to restrict the people who are not in the user’s friends’ list from posting on their wall.           Shreateh has reportedly tried to bring the issue in the notice of the Facebook's security team on several occasions but failed in his attempt. He then posted something to Sarah Goodin's wall, a friend of Zuckerberg but was again not taken seriously.         Shreateh then took the daring step and posted the bug on Zuckerberg's wall. He was immediately contacted by the Facebook security engineer and was asked about the details.         Facebook has a bounty program where it pays people to report bugs instead of using them maliciously but it did not pay the USD US 500+ fee amount to Shreateh. Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop keyboard-mouse

Microsoft announces Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop keyboard-mouse          Microsoft announced the Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop, which comprises the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard and the Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse.        The new keyboard has a split design and is higher in the middle so your hands can be put in a more natural position. This is not an uncommon design for ergonomic keyboards but Microsoft has successfully managed to inject quite a bit of style in its take. Interestingly, the internal code name for the product was "Manta Ray" -- it's not hard to see why. The number pad for the keyboard is separate, which makes good ergonomic sense since you can move it out of the way so your mouse can be nearer to the center of your body. Such a mouse position is better for your shoulders.        The Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse appears to be a rounder, smoother version of the Microsoft Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000, which has been discontinued for years. It puts your rig
